Apply Primer SOS on the entire natural nail, without touching the cuticles. Air dry in 30 to 60 seconds. Apply a small amount.

You can use only the Primer SOS or only the 
Bond Promotor
 or you can use both in the following way: first the Primer SOS and then the 
Bond Promotor
